Paisley & Dot Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Paisley & Dot Affiliate Program! We're excited to collaborate with creators, designers, and home décor enthusiasts who share our appreciation for beautiful, thoughtfully designed interiors.

By applying to and participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Application & Acceptance

All applications are reviewed individually. 

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

Paisley & Dot reserves the right to approve or decline applications based on brand alignment, content quality, audience relevance, and other business considerations, consistent with applicable law.

Approved affiliates will receive an acceptance notification and instructions for accessing their affiliate benefits.

2. Affiliate Commissions

Approved affiliates earn a 10% commission on qualifying purchases made using their assigned affiliate discount code or eligible tracked affiliate link.

  • Commissions are calculated on the final eligible product subtotal, after discounts.

  • Shipping charges and applicable sales taxes are excluded.

  • Canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible transactions do not qualify for commissions.

  • Partially refunded orders may result in adjusted commissions.

  • Affiliates may use their own discount codes for personal purchases and earn commissions on eligible orders.

  • Affiliate codes may be used by returning customers, subject to program rules.

Paisley & Dot reserves the right to modify commission rates with notice to participating affiliates.

Changes will apply prospectively.

3. Customer Discount Codes

Each approved affiliate will receive a unique discount code offering customers 10% off eligible purchases.

Codes are intended for genuine promotional activity and may not be distributed through unauthorized coupon websites, misleading advertisements, or other unapproved promotional channels.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly permitted by Paisley & Dot.

4. Commission Payments

Commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period following payment of the qualifying customer order, allowing time for order verification, cancellations, and adjustments.

Eligible commissions will be paid through the payment methods and payout schedule supported by Shopify Collabs, subject to platform requirements.

The 30-day holding period does not guarantee payment exactly on the 30th day. Payment processing times may vary.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information where required.

5. Trial Period & Performance Review

New affiliates participate in an initial 90-day trial period, beginning on the date of program acceptance.

During this period, Paisley & Dot may evaluate content quality, brand alignment, promotional activity, engagement, and overall participation.

Sales are encouraged but are not the sole measure of a successful partnership.

Following the trial period, Paisley & Dot may continue, modify, or conclude the partnership at its discretion, consistent with these terms.

6. Brand Assets & Content Guidelines

Approved affiliates may receive access to a collection of Paisley & Dot promotional materials, including logos, product photography, wallpaper mockups, and other approved brand imagery.

Affiliates may use these materials solely to promote Paisley & Dot products during their active participation in the program.

Affiliates agree to:

  • Represent Paisley & Dot and its products accurately.

  • Maintain the integrity of provided imagery and brand assets.

  • Avoid misleading product claims or unauthorized modifications to artwork.

  • Refrain from reselling, redistributing, or claiming ownership of Paisley & Dot creative assets.

  • Obtain written permission before using Paisley & Dot materials for paid advertising or purposes outside the affiliate program.

All artwork, designs, trademarks, and brand materials remain the property of Paisley & Dot or their respective owners.

7. Affiliate Disclosure & Transparency

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Paisley & Dot when promoting products, in accordance with applicable Federal Trade Commission (FTC) endorsement guidelines and other applicable laws.

Disclosures must be clear, conspicuous, and placed where consumers are likely to notice them.

For example: "I earn a commission when you shop using my code."

Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable advertising laws and platform-specific disclosure requirements.

8. Independent Relationship

Participation in the Paisley & Dot Affiliate Program does not establish an employment, agency, franchise, or joint venture relationship.

Affiliates participate as independent promotional partners and are responsible for their own content creation, expenses, taxes, and business obligations.

Participation does not guarantee earnings, complimentary products, or future collaborations.

9. Program Changes & Termination

Paisley & Dot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the affiliate program or an individual partnership, subject to applicable law and any accrued payment obligations.

Affiliates may request to leave the program at any time.

Upon termination, affiliates must discontinue use of their assigned promotional codes and remove Paisley & Dot brand materials from promotional placements where reasonably practicable.

Valid commissions earned before termination remain subject to the program's eligibility and payment terms.

10. Agreement to Terms

By submitting an application and affirmatively accepting these Terms & Conditions, applicants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the policies outlined above.

Continued participation in the program is subject to these terms and any properly communicated updates.
