Refund policy
We greatly appreciate your small business support. Every product is Made to Order specifically for you. Because of that, refunds and exchanges are not accepted unless it meets the following conditions
Condition #1 - The item is claimed to have arrived damaged and we have reviewed proof and agree to a refund
Condition #2 - The item gets lost in transit and is confirmed lost my USPS or FED EX.
Wallpaper specific policy: Since wallpaper rolls are non refundable and made to order, it is highly recommended to purchase a Test swatch of the wallpaper and Measure accurately prior to placing full roll orders.
