REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our Made-to-order products refunds are not acceptable, unless they meet certain criteria detailed below:
1. Lost package: The package is proven to be lost by the logistics provider
2. Incorrect item :The incorrect item has arrived.We will instruct you how and where to send your order in order to receive your refund at no shipping cost to you.
3. Damaged Item: The item is proven to have arrived damaged within 15 days from ship date, and acceptible proof has been provided to us. We will either reprint and ship your order or refund you, depending on your preference.
* If you received a damaged item and consider it good enough to unwrap and use, then you may not request a refund.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Returns are generally not accepted unless you meet point #2 or #3 from the "refunds" list above.
Products may not be returned to the mailed address. If you meet any of the criteria for Refunds and wish to return the item you are being refunded for, Please email us and we will provide a private address to send the return to. Once received, we can process the refund. There might be instances where we ask you to keep the item depending on the circumstances
